Library Card - Student Renewal Form

Library Cards must be renewed each semester

(Library cards are issued or renewed during library hours. Plan ahead for holiday closures.)

You may renew your card:

• three (3) weeks before the start date of each semester - Fall, Spring and Summer
• anytime within the semester

Renew your library card:

• in-person (have immediate use of card)
• online ( Renewal requests are processed within 24 hours. You will be notified by email that your card was renewed.)

• Online Renwals:
  • Requests will be processed in the order they are received.
  • Requests will be processed Monday- Saturday.
    ( Library cards are issued or renewed during library hours.)
    
  • Weekend requests received after 2:00 p.m. on Saturday will be processed on Monday.
    
    
• Library cards are valid for one semester and must be renewed for each semester you are enrolled.
• A $1 replacement fee will be charged for lost cards.
