Student Renewal Form
Library Cards must be renewed each semester.

You may renew your card:

three (3) weeks before the start date of each semester - Fall, Spring and Summer

anytime within the semester

Renew your library card:

in-person (have immediate use of card)

online (allow approximately 24 hours before using your card )

Online Renwals:
- Requests will be processed in the order they are received.
- Requests will be processed Monday- Saturday.
- Weekend requests received after 2:00 p.m. on Saturday will be processed on Monday.
- You will be notified by email that your card was renewed.
Library cards are valid for one semester and must be renewed for each semester you are enrolled.

A $1 replacement fee will be charged for lost cards.
