What if I lose a book?

Yes, fines are charged for overdue items. Book fines accrue at the rate of 10 cents per day per item.

Borrowers are responsible for damaged or lost items. The Circulation Desk staff will explain the charges and billing procedure to you.


Items checked out of the Camden County Public Library System are subject to the overdue and billing policies of that library.
