How to Find Reserve Materials
Guidelines & Procedures for Faculty

Print Materials (Blackwood and Cherry Hill)

  1. Complete Reserve Form.
  2. Bring materials and form to the library two weeks in advance of the date materials are needed by students.
  3. Faculty will be informed by e-mail that reserve materials are accessible to their students.
  4. Camden : Faculty will need to follow the Reserve Guidelines for the Paul Robeson Library- Camden.

Electronic Materials (All Library Locations)

  1. Submit or bring materials to the library two weeks in advance of the date they are needed by students.
  2. For processing purposes it is recommended, but not necessary, for materials to be submitted in electronic format. Materials not already in electronic format will be scanned by library staff. In general, scanned materials will be in a pdf. format requiring students to have Adobe Acrobat Reader on their home computer.
  3. Faculty will be informed by e-mail that reserve materials are accessible to their students.
